This place has horrible, horrible customer service and very unprofessional!! I went to this location to get me and my daughter's hair done before I went out of town. I came on time at 10am, just so she can tell me to wait while she eats her breakfast and talk to a friend over the phone. I had to sit for 25- 30 minutes waiting. Then the hair style I wanted was different then hair style I received. After spending over 25 dollar for the extensions from the beauty place. The bad thing is I gave this lady a picture of what I wanted. I had to go back the next day to have it removed. She refused to give me at least half of the $150 dollars I paid for the bad hair style I did not want. This lady informed that I will have to pay additional money for a new hair style. She appears to be very grafty for money. A young lady did my daughter's hair whom came an hour and 30 minutes late for a prescheduled appointment. I will never ever step foot back in this place again.
